We understand that sometimes your order may not meet your expectations in terms of style, length, or color. That's why we accept all eligible returns requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Please follow the link below for detailed information:

We are committed to helping you make the perfect choice and are pleased to accommodate refunds and exchanges.

Refunds

If there is an error on the part of Body My Mane, we will provide a refund or exchange for all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products or extensions. All other sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the hair. Do not remove any tags or labels from the hair; if they are removed, the exchange will be void. We cannot accept hair that has been installed, colored, washed, brushed, bleached, dyed, combed, or cut.

To ensure satisfaction, inspect the hair without unwrapping or running your fingers through the bundles. If you are unsure, please consult your stylist. If Body My Mane is at fault, we will provide a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

To process an exchange:

  1. Email your exchange request.

  2. Mail your unwanted products in the original packaging, in resellable condition, with a copy of your written exchange request to Body My Mane.

Once we receive your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Body My Mane is at fault. For questions regarding exchanges, contact us via email at info@bodymymane.com  or WhatsApp +447903772513 .

Sale Purchases

All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the error is due to Body My Mane.

Hair Extensions Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Still have the original Body My Mane label attached and be in good/saleable condition.

  • Have all original packaging intact (including all plastic zip ties, ribbon banding, and elastic banding) and be in good/presentable condition.

  • Not be altered in any way (brushed out, cut, colored, bleached).

  • Not appear to have been worn.

If your return fails to meet the above eligibility requirements, a 25% fee will be deducted to cover admin and labor costs.

*Free Gift Policy

If you received a free gift with your purchase, please note the following:

  • To receive a full refund, you must return the free gift along with your order.

  • If you return your entire order but choose to keep the free gift, we will process a partial refund, deducting the retail cost of the gift.

  • Alternatively, you can return the free gift along with your order to receive a full refund.
